It Works Body Wraps Reviews: Are They Honest? 1

Even though I know that the only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume, I can’t help but click on those before/after photos It Works users are always posting. I mean the results look amazing, and lots of It Works body wraps reviews are really positive. For a long time I figure that was because most the people offering reviews were also selling the wraps, but I eventually caved and gave them a try. My first attempt was well, what deep down I expected, nothing changed. I drank like two gallons of water, left it on overnight and showered beforehand, notta. After people I know wouldn’t lie to me told me they worked for them, I chalked it up to me having small pores (which decreases the It Works body wraps efficiency). Fast forward to about a year later, I’m 2 weeks postpartum. I still had one more It Works wrap under my sink, and I thought, if there is ever a time you have loose skin to tighten, its right after a baby. So, I gave them one more shot and took a shot at settling whether someone not selling anything would still have a positive word on It Works wraps.

It Works body wraps review for postpartum skin:

I once again, showered beforehand. Then I saran wrapped that bad chicken on and started guzzling water. I intended to leave it on overnight, but about 3 hours in I started to feel hot, and then dizzy, and suddenly I had hives and couldn’t see straight. Now, I’ll note I did have preeclampsia in my pregnancy which places a lot of tax on your liver and kidneys, it is possible that’s what caused my reaction. All that water flushed out some toxins and that’s what happened, but it also seems possible it was an allergic reaction to the herbal components in the It Works Wraps. All I know is it wasn’t good. I unwrapped immediately, showered, and guzzled more water after taking some Benadryl.

Obviously that they did nothing the first round and caused an allergic reaction the second time means my It Works review is not a positive one, so last question, did they at least do anything the second time? I mean the instructions say 45 minutes should see results, just the longer you wear it the better they’ll be. I was 3 hours in. My before pictures are below, yes, unshopped 2 weeks postpartum shots from a mom of four, that’s the price of motherhood.

The next two are my after shots. Do you see a difference? I think they are marginally different, but my tape measure disagreed, immediately after,  and in 24 hours,  and even in 3 days. From trust-worthy It Works body wraps reviews from family, I do know these work for some folks, but not for all clearly. In my opinion the question then becomes, is $25 a piece worth the gamble for you? I do not sell wraps and paid for mine used in this review. My niece does sell them, and if you want to take that gamble, you can buy them here.

Note: If you follow Life with Gremlins and are wondering how I’m 2 weeks postpartum when I had my baby in March, I’m a procrastinator and it took me forever to get around to writing this review.
