Ultra Easy Cheesecake Chocolate Cream Pie

Cheesecake chocolate cream pie? Yeah, sounds pretty freakin’ delicious.  It was Thanksgiving, and I was supposed to bring pie, but I forgot to buy stuff for said pie and nothing is open on Thanksgiving around here. But thanks to a serious sweet tooth, I had some odds and ends in my cabinet I was pretty sure could make a decent pie and the result was a sure hit. In fact, I got so many compliments on that cheesecake chocolate cream pie I must have worked so hard on I ended up narking myself out. I admitted that it had been a complete accident that took me 5 minutes to make. Now I have relatives that request it every gathering. So, wanna know how to make it?

What you’ll need:

-1 box of Dr. Oetker Milk Chocolate Mousse
-1 box of Jello-O Instant Cheesecake flavored pudding
-2 ¾ cup milk
  -1 Graham Cracker pie crust

Now this is quite possibly the easiest pie on earth to make, on top of the fact it uses 1 bowl, 1 whisk or mixer, and one spoon and that’s it—three dishes and 5 minutes or work.
First, make the cheesecake pudding by whisking 1 ¾ milk with powder pack. Once a soft-set consistency is reached, scoop off in your pie crust. Using the same bowl (you are mixing them anyway so no worries, don’t even need to rinse it.) make the chocolate mousse using 1 more cup of milk and scoop it on top of the cheesecake pudding. Then use a spoon to swirl the two together, pop it in the fridge for about an hour and you’re done.
I often top mine with whip cream, cherries or a chocolate drizzle, but all of the above are optional. I have tried this with no-bake cheesecake mix in an attempt to dodge the sugar-free pudding (it does contain aspartame) but it just doesn’t taste the same.
